The sudden nationwide lockdown because of the Corona Pandemic jolted the entire country – and soon after, the trials and tribulations of the migrant labourers wanting to head back home made the whole world despair..with no money for food or shelter and no support from either their employers or the government they took to the highway to head home to their villages on their feet
The images of men, women, children, livestock and pets and their harrowing stories made me teary eyed.. marginalisation of these poor labourers has deeply shaken the Collective Conscience of people.
It has compelled me to work on this imagery that I titled ”Collective Conscience” #Migrants Diaries.
